Essex Trophy Results‏

I am delighted to announce that our Guild band have won the Essex Trophy, held at St Peters, St Albans, this afternoon.

The band formed from all 4 Districts was conducted by Quentin Armitage, with Linda Armitage, Ruth Blackwell, Anne Anthony, Jackie Roberts, Glenn Poyntz, John Couperthwaite, Martin Turner , Richard Pearce and Chris Rodgers making up the 10, beat 6 other bands, all ring the same set piece, a plain course of London Royal No3.

My wholehearted congratulations to all the band for their achievement.

Next years competition will be hosted by the Sussex County Association.
