The Guild 8-bell competition was held this morning at Chobham, with all four districts entering a band to ring the test piece of a touch of Double Norwich Court Bob Major. The results were as follows:

• 1st: Leatherhead District – 45.5 faults
• 2nd: Chertsey District – 47 faults
• 3rd: Guildford District – 49.5 faults
• 4th: Farnham District – 90.5 faults

Congratulations to the Leatherhead District for winning a very close contest, and to all who took part.
