Five bands competed in the Guild’s annual 6-bell striking contest at Puttenham on 14th March 2020. The test piece was 180 changes of Doubles or Minor or 6 minutes of call changes, judged by Jeremy and Sheila Cheesman.

Three of the bands rang Doubles, with the others ringing Bob Minor and call changes. The results were as follows:

1st     Old Woking               37 faults
2nd    Yorktown                   39 faults
3rd     Epsom St Martin’s    47 faults
4th     Aldershot                  59 faults
5th     Newdigate                75 faults
