Guildford Cathedral retained the trophy in today’s Guildford District Striking Competition held at Alfold. They were worthy winners with 14 faults but were pushed hard by runners-up Compton (22 faults) and 3rd place Godalming (24 faults). In the call change class Shalford won with Alfold second.
