The Open Day at Epsom St Martins’ was held on Sunday from 2.30 to 5 pm and attracted  25 visitors. This doesn’t sound a lot, but it meant that everyone ‘had a go’ and was able to look at the bells in the very cramped bell-chamber.  The outcome looks to be very promising with a family and a couple of returning ringers arranging to come to the next practice.
