This was held earlier this afternoon in Aldgate. After a straw poll of the 30 or so members present, there was a clear majority in favour of dissolving the company. The current and past directors were thanked for their efforts but there seemed a general feeling that there was no way ahead with the current organisation. The company will be wound down and its assets dispersed in accordance with company law.
