The Central Council has circulated a poster showing cartoon ringers in a jolly pose to encourage people to take up ringing for the Armistice 100 celebrations due to take place on 11th November 2018.

The poster is available to download from the CCCBR website and a limited number of copies are available at various events, including the CCCBR annual meeting in May.

It is being suggested that the poster is put up in church and village notice boards.

I’m sure that a lot of ringers will object to the artistic licence that has been used, but it does show that ringing is fun!
