The Guild has issued new Guidance on how to apply for one of its Training Grants.

The Guild is offering financial assistance for the training and development of its ringers, covering development of ringing skills and of teaching skills.  This can also include the provision of training equipment and materials.  It could also include costs associated with recruitment.

The intention is that the grants will be relatively small, for example, 50 % of course costs up to a maximum of £100.  A formal application process is involved, and will be considered by a sub-committee and the Executive Committee.  Applications should be submitted to the Training Officer, who will ensure that the necessary information has been provided and will steer it through the formal process.
