We are aware that District Secretaries and Masters would like to be able to update the calendar so that late changes can be quickly made. Unfortunately this is posing us with a security risk which we are trying to work around.

The best we can offer at present is to ask that calendar changes are emailed to both myself  and Jacqui , and we will action them asap (usually within 24-48 hours). In many ways, we would prefer to be notified of changes as they happen – that way, there should never be a huge amount of work to do at any one time.
