We will be returning to the Holiday Inn, Guildford for the Guild Dinner which will be on FRIDAY 9th February 2018, 7:15 for 8:00 pm. The dinner will take the form of a 3-course set meal and coffee, with options for each course. A vegetarian option is available on request and special diets catered for with notice. The cost will be £32 per person.
Details are on the attached poster, and I would ask all tower secretaries please to ensure that one goes on the tower notice board. All you need do is complete and return the attached booking form to me (by post or email) along with your cheque or confirmation that you have paid by BACS. Menu on it’s way – watch this space!
ALL ringers within the Diocese are invited to this event so if you haven’t been before, do consider coming. Non-ringing partners are of course very welcome and I can promise a good evening.
Although the deadline for bookings will be 27 January, it would help me a great deal with the organising if you let me know as soon as possible if you plan to come.
